Store Background Task Host Rating: 7,4/10 9115 reviews
Here I am, with another discussion on this topic. Gof design patterns in java. The problem is huge, my CPU goes from 55°C to 70+°C when Runtime Broker acts crazy and 'From Microsoft Background Task Host' gets on his way. Killing Runtime broker (the other process automatically gets killed) solves the issue. For some minutes.

Store Background Task Host

Hello.
I had mentioned in an earlier post that since I upgraded a laptop to Windows 10, the CPU fan kept running on high all the time. I found out the cause of the problem were these two background processes:
From Microsoft Background Task Host - backgroundTaskHost.exe
From Microsoft Download/Upload Host - BackgroundTransferHost.exe
They are both located in the C:WindowsSystem32 folder and whenever they run, which happens at seemingly random times, CPU utilization goes up to 60 or even 80%.
Does anybody know what these processes are for, or how to disable them to prevent them from running?
Thank you.
